They might sound a bit 1980s, but facial saunas are something to rely on in an uncertain world The crossover to 2019 has been a big one. It enabled reminiscing and reflecting, as well as looking at lots of pictures of fantastic and mad times along the way. In our digital era, we see our faces a lot and trying to work out what you think of your face can be confusing. On some days mine will be puffy and tired with all the tears and giggles that spout out of it. Other days it’ll look bright and optimistic. I see flickers of feelings in my face. I know how I felt in the moment of every picture. I don’t hide things easily so I pledge to look after my skin, plunging it into cold and sweating out angst in a good old-school face steam.
